TERMS AND CONDITIONS
MALLORCA MODEL CAMP
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and participation in Mallorca Model Camp (hereinafter referred to as the "Event"), organized by Mallorca Model Camp. By booking and making a payment, the participant agrees to these terms.
2. Booking & Contract Formation
2.1. Registration for the camp is completed via the official online booking form on our website. A booking becomes binding once the deposit has been paid.
2.2. By booking, the participant agrees to the booking and cancellation policy outlined in these terms.
2.3. After a successful booking, the participant will receive a confirmation email with payment details.
3. Participation Fee & Payment
3.1. The total participation fee is displayed on the website and does not include travel or flight costs. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the camp location.
3.2. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total event price must be paid within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation.
3.3. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the event.
3.4. If the full payment is not received within the deadline, the participant’s booking may be canceled without refund of the deposit.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1. Cancellations within 14 days of booking: Full refund of the amount paid.
4.2. Cancellations up to 3 weeks before the event: 50% of the total participation fee will be refunded.
4.3. Cancellations later than 3 weeks before the event or no-show: No refund will be provided, and the full participation fee remains due.
4.4. Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
5. Event Changes or Cancellation by the Organizer
5.1. Mallorca Model Camp reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, governmental restrictions, insufficient participant numbers).
5.2. In such cases, participants will be offered either an alternative date or a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
5.3. Travel expenses (e.g., flight tickets) will not be refunded under any circumstances. Participants are advised to purchase travel insurance.
6. Liability Disclaimer
6.1. Participation is at the participant’s own risk. Mallorca Model Camp is not liable for injuries, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.
6.2. Each participant is responsible for their own travel insurance and health coverage.
7. Conduct & Participant Exclusion
7.1. Participants must behave in a respectful and professional manner towards fellow participants, photographers, coaches, and staff.
7.2. Mallorca Model Camp reserves the right to exclude any participant from the event without a refund in cases of:
- Disruptive behavior affecting the experience of others
- Violation of camp rules
- Alcohol or drug consumption during sessions
8. Data Protection & Media Usage
8.1. By booking, participants agree to the storage and processing of their personal data for organizational purposes.
8.2. Photos and videos taken during the event may be used by the organizer for marketing purposes unless the participant explicitly objects in writing before the event.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
9.2. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these terms is the registered seat of Mallorca Model Camp.
